It’s possible ✅✅✅
Look at both your hip and knee mobility to see where the limitation might be and then work on it ☝🏽
The first movement helps the hips and the second movement helps to gain knee bending 🙌🏼
These two simple moves can get you one step closer to sitting cross legged 🦵🏽
For mobility moves you never want to force anything. Only go in a range that feels okay. If it increases pain significantly, your joint may not be ready for it yet.
These moves do require consistency and it’s important to practice at least every other day for a few weeks to start seeing results (depending on how limiting your mobility is) ☝🏽
As a physical therapist who specializes in helping people specifically with osteoarthritis- I have seen how powerful the right movements can be 😍
So many people from mild stages to bone on bone arthritis have accomplished things they never thought would be possible AGAIN 😱
The best way to unlock your goals is to set yourself up for success by learning more about what your joints actually like and what they don’t ✅
Unfortunately not many people tell you those things. Instead- you’re likely given a list of things to avoid and leave feeling discouraged, worries, and overwhelmed at what to do next.
Inside the Arthritis Adventure Blueprint you will learn exactly what you need to get started with unlocking pain relief, adventure and freedom ❤️
Comment “Arthritis Adventure” below and I’ll send you the first step towards getting started 🙌🏼
Cheers to arthritis adventures

How often do you do this?
How many reps for each, or hold how many seconds?
Always.and short heavy legs.
Hello, i just found your channel which i am thankful for. Can you tell me if u see many people as young as 45 with arthritis? I am 44 and my arthritis pain started last year. The dr saw it in a xray when i was 41. Is this really unusual?
Yes there are. There are people as young as 20-30 with osteoarthritis. The key is taking action early
@Alyssa Kuhn, Arthritis Adventure thank you for your answer I will learn how to take action
I got diagnosed with osteoarthritis on my hip when I was 16 lol, just came out of the blue and now im 21, its unfortunate but it happens but i wish u all the best! also i would suggest pilates it helped me quite a bit and take your vitamins they make a BIG difference.
@gorrilla tingz thank you for the pilates suggestion. I wanna learn what foods might be triggering it too. But hyaluronic acid is helping with the pain so far if u haven't tried that.
👍🤗🦵🦶👏👏💐
Thank you for the comment!
