how to get all power berry in harvest moon 64
00:00 blue power berry throw medium fish into pond
0:36 kappa power berry throw large fish in pond
0:51 fishing power berry, fish it up at the docks
0:56 tilling power berry, random chance of finding it from tilling on your farm
01:01 flower festival power berry, buy it from sammy the salesman at the flower festival
01:19 goddess power berry, put a gift in (eggs or vegetables only) while you have max stamina, choose strength for berry
01:41 harvest sprite berry, trade marbles for power berry read description for more info. Here is how to get the power berry; plant a bag of moondrop seeds and stu will visit your farm, then plant a couple of bags of pinkcat mint seeds (you can only obtain these at the flower festival) stu will visit again and give you marbles, befriend harvest sprite and they will trade power berry for marbles
02:24 egg festival power berry, win the festival to obtain this one
02:41 winter mines power berry, dig it up in the mines (mines are only open in winter)
02:50 rock power berry, get your hammer to gold (just keep using it until its gold) and smash rock in winter on the frozen pond for a power berry
03:04 befriend Basil (he is only available partway through spring and leaves sometime in fall) when basil returns in the spring he will bring you a power berry
03:22 completed power berry tree

Worth noting that the blue berry can also be obtained with a small fish. The mining berry can only be obtained on the 3rd floor (2 holes down) of the mines or lower. Getting the marbles doesn't require you to get the scene with Stu from planting Moon Drop flowers, but you will need Stu at 80 affection (and also the Sprites at 80 affection to do the trade)

How many times did you have to bring the harvest goddess offerings for her to give you the power nut?
It has to basically be your first action of the day. Otherwise it just refills your stamina.
i tried throwing the same kind of fish in the pond, but it didnt work. Does it need too be a certain season? I did it in the spring
are you sure it was a large fish? it has to be large.
It has to be between 9 am and 5 pm and you can't get them on the same day that you receive the fishing rod
