Ep01 - Living off the Land - The Western Wilds

To survive in this challenge you with have to buy the production buildings to produce everything you need, from seeds to fuel!
End goal it to have paid off your loan and have 2 million in your bank account!!
To start this challenge you will need to..
(1) The Western Wilds Map
Start a new game in Farm-manger mode.
Buy one plot of land.
Take a 180k loan out.
From farmhouses place the 1.5million start from scratch placeable. (can't be resold unless replace)
(2) Will need to buy these item's...
Small tractor £45k and under with front loader
Small trailer (can be autoload)
Small log trailer
Chainsaw (start from scratch is £0)
Front loader
Log grab
Bag lifter
Weight
4 bags off - lime
- seeds
- fertiliser
Rules :- after purchasing these item's your no longer allowed to buy anything from the shop apart from equipment! So NO seeds, lime, fertiliser, fuel or animal feed which includes grass, hay or straw.
Precision Farming :- Your Choice
Seasonal Growth :- Yes
Leasing :- you can lease a maximum of 3 item's but if do that's your choice, I'll be playing without Leasing.
Economy :- Normal or Hard the choice is yours
Fuel Usage :- High
Mods are allowed but NO unrealistic capacity mods
Take out a 180k loan, after this loan you cannot take out any other loans! Loan can be paid off at anytime but bare in mind you get charged for it.
Collectable can be used but not to pay off loan
