I am interested in your project. Good effort! Why are the bus bars unprotected? I see that it looks cool installed and functional, but maybe you should have rubber lineman's sleeves in place while work is being done in the room.

2 Questions. 1) How did your Solar Edge inverters fare? Most of mine failed and had to be replaced...or the battery. 2) Usually the main service panel is inset in the wall making it tricky to connect the trough on the outside to the panelboard. Do you have any tricks for that?

You could lower the j-box above the inverter so raceway can come out the top and across the ceiling.

Why can you not mix ac and dc in the conduit?

The gutter you said, is it a 4" x 4" square tubing? Where did you get it?

Can you keep the conduit to cross the room and reuse conduit to get to the pannels?

Hey fellow electrician here! Firstly, nice work man looks great. I paused the video a few times to wrap my head around that crazy bend. I most definitely no how complicated it is to make things like that fit. I also build electric rooms. I have a question. Did the panel covers/doors fit without fabricating? In the past I have had to space them out an inch 2 or else the covers wouldn't fit properly. Ps. I admire your creativity.

The covers don't have flanges, they are designed for surface mount applications

Take the camera off your head. No need to look at all the trash on the floor half the time and holes in the wall the other half the time..
