When I was a kid it was movies and comic books that helped me develop my English vocabulary. Of course, I already had a good foundation from school but, as I got older, it was reading that helped the most. I say, find yourself a genre (for me it was science fiction) you're interested in, like romance or fantasy, and just start reading, Philippines has a lot of secondhand bookstores, even in malls, where you can buy really cheap books and novels to get you started on your collection.
Don't be anxious. Your engligh is improving a lot. You can make it. Fighting!!!

The rigidity of Korea's culture is such that one has to defer to someone older so coming to the Philippines would be a very pleasant shock as Filipinos have open hearts. It doesn't matter if you're younger or older, one can socially interact with everyone.
