Do you do updates? None of these items have been washed etc so shrinking, pilling, overall quality is guesswork, especially with anything from walmart.

Look for carpet double sided tape at Home Depot. ... Should help keep rug from moving around and should not ruin your floor

Amazon sells double sided carpet tape for your rug (that irritates me as well) mines is an area rug on carpet, the rolling of the edges and tripping multiple times drove me nuts!!
