Yep, that's the direction I went as well. There's really no reason not to, since the premium singles (the fixed weapon characters) alone are probably worth about that much, so you're essentially getting 16 free boosters.
It's just a precaution. I know these aren't $30,000 cards, but it still means a lot to me that the cards are literally in mint condition. Problem is, it seems everyone has your mindset with regard to the early Star Wars sets, and that's made it incredibly difficult to get those cards in perfect condition (which is why I do these openings). In fact, the 11 cards I'm missing to complete my collection all come from white-bordered sets.
Some nice pulls there, I think I will order me some of these packs as well. Found one who's selling the 4 for 25,-
