Seems so shameful for the future of our country , a place like America focuses only on innovation and 0 tutions and coachings but on the other hand our country's major GDP comes from coaching. Just mass producing slaves please i request all children to wake up to reality and stop filling these coaching's banks.We have got to do research rather just have engineers being slaves.I regret being part of this education. Please show support and we all can change this.
yes exactly in the podcast he was proud that kota is the only city in the world where so many students study .. yet no innovations and research in this country. How can one be proud of this shitty industry is beyond me
Yes the glorifying of coaching centre should stop. Instead our schools , colleges even if they are not tier 1 like IITs,IIScs ,BITs or NITs , education should be imparted in a proper way !

NV is one of the best mentors I have in Motion institute Kota , focusing every average students to make them stunned love you sir 💛💛
12-15 ghante padhai bas aapko gadha bna degi. Asli karma toh consistency hai. Workout kro, ek proper hobby rakho (for your own well being) fir 6 ghanta daily minimum padho if your basics are not good. Once your basics become good, start applying them. Reduce your study time then to 3hrs. Your brain will automatically work under that pressure that oh I have to finish this thing within 3hrs. Atleast this works for me. Keeping a routine is extremely important. And remember, marks se jyada toh tumhari mental health zaroori hai.

Apke pass jo bache aten hain wo lakohn ruiya karcha karke aten hain aur jadatar adha likhe family ke wo jaise bhi padhenge hi school teacher ka environment aur coaching ka environment bahot aag hota hai.Studnts ka attitude bhi bahot matter karta hai Parents also have great responsibility .

"Insult se performance aage badhegi" yahi same mindset meri dance teacher ka tha. Vaha pe bohot kam hi log hai jo accha kr rhe hai bohot ngl, magar wo bhi bohot exceptions mei se hai. Wo bhi usually jo paise vale hai unse acche se baat kiya krti thi. Mujhe yaad hai mei accha basic dance krti thi toh meri mom ko bola tha mere teacher ne ki mei uski abhi muh k samne toh nahi krungi taarif kyuki wo chane k jhaad pe chali jayegi. In turn, she used to insult me the most. Insult bhi bohot personal aur harsh hote the. Itne ki mei sochti thi ki kya mei hi itna bura dance krti hu puri class mei? Mere friends ne ye thoda mujhe samjhane ki koshish ki, magar mei bas uss wqt 12-13 saal ki thi. Aese adolescence period mei kaha tum itna harsh criticism ko samjhoge. Upar se mere ghar wale toh karte hi the compare mujhe. It is now that when I'm 20 mujhe dikhta hai ki kuch log mujhse jealous feel ho rhe hai isiliye wo mujhe taana maar rhe hai aur kuch yahi higher ups jo insult kr rhe hai wo aap se utna hi expect kr rhe hai isiliye aapko itna bol rhe hai, but honestly both teachers & parents unknowingly end up doing these things to us. I heard this is also a form of ragging. You're right they insult us while expecting from us that these insults would motivate us to do better. I mean sure, harsh words do work to some extent, but not humiliating words like the way these teachers would shame us in front of a whole class for a f*cking minor mistake. Why can't these people be normal teachers for once, going "oh you lack this, work on this part more" choice of words & proper direction towards what you need to improve is so important

Main apne life main teachers se bohot bar bohot kharab tarikese insulted hua hoon..
Jab main class 4 main padta tha , ek maam ne mujhe scholarship exam dene se rok diya ye kahkar ki "ye exam tumhare aukat se bahar hain,, tumhare jaysa student humare school main na rahe tohi accha hain".. Aur apni life main bohot bar aisa ya isse bhi battar bate suna hain main...jisse aj mera self confidence ekdam zamin k andar ghusa hua hain..so I think ek teacher hona bohot bada responsibility hoti hain jo sab ki baske baat nahi hain
Jo zindagi mei kuch nahi ban pate, India mei wo teacher ban jate hain (70% cases) and India mei teacher banne ke liye ethics ya personality par zyada dhyaan nahi diya jata...
Most of them are frustrated with their lives and project it on students... Apni frustration usne tum par utari hai, so don't take it personally and stop living with victim mindset...
Reframe your past experiences.
Achieve success and then go back to meet her, if possible... You don't need to prove a point but to show her that how wrong her presumptions and analysis were n how every child has potential... If not retired, she must be behaving same with other kids, harming their self esteem.

Mene bohot partiality dekhi hai school mei bachpan se hi. Mostly teachers se hi. Mere se toh mainly colour based partiality bohot karte the. Isiliye aaj tak mere dil mei mere inn school teachers ko liye koi Pyaar respect vagaira nahi hai
