Yes! So I get paid twice a month, NOT bi-weekly. So when months have 5 weeks in them (there are usually 4 per year), I always noticed my budget was struggling because that’s 5 grocery trips instead of 4; it’s 5 weeks of gas instead of 4, etc. So I decided one year to save money so that on those 5 week months I had some money to pull from for my weekly spending (groceries, gas, eating out, spending, miscellaneous). So I would track your weekly spending and then multiple it by 4! That’s how much you’d need to save to have a One Week Ahead fund for those 5 week months!
