Uh... While Ukraine was more active there, they lost so many soldiers just from crossing the river that corpses were found for tens of km downstream.
The corpses of Ukraine soldiers were literally strewn visibly along the river banks.
Krynki is small, you can't dig trenches there deeper than about 1.5m, because then water from the river starts seeping in, and there's no buildings left. The place is literally a nightmare to defend. And Russia's "attacks" is almost entirely nothing but artillery, mostly TOS-1As. Which against an area with absolutely no airtight cover anywhere, is utterly devastating.
Russia has had EXTREME killratio advantages in Krynki. While most active, Ukraine literally lost 200-400 soldiers per week, while Russia lost maybe a handful. Literally OVER 100 to 1 killratio.
And every time Ukraine tries to support Krynki with heavy weapons, they are forced into a relatively small geographical zone that Russia has Lancet drones constantly patrolling. Russia has a killadvantage on heavy equipment in the area of at MINIMUM 10 to 1.
And that's including Ukraine's "lucky weeks" way back early just when they went there, when they managed to fly some drones from Krynki before Russia moved an EW unit there and mostly shut that down, and then also moved TOS-1As into the area and started making fried Ukrainians en masse.
Last time we saw more fighting there, Ukraine literally lost more than 1 artillery or SAM every DAY while Russia lost nothing for over over 2 weeks.
How TF is that a "good rate"?

Ukraine is fighting a propaganda war orchestrated by USA. USAs goal has never been victory, their goal was to cause enough instability in Russia to allow them to commit a coup there. When USA talks about "fighting to the last Ukrainian", they mean that LITERALLY. Ukraine is their disposable source of expendable fanatical battering rams. Which they've spent the previous 25+ years brainwashing into normality in Ukraine.

Probably the main thing about krynki is about making impossible to rus doing a major infraestructure to assault kherson-odessa.
I remember from February-March report about Krynky.
At that time UAF lost about 8 -11 THOUSANDS in that area….
It is one of the biggest meat grinders during this war…

For each 5,000 - 7,000 shells; Russians replied back with 45,000 -50,000 shells

Numbers like this aren't really possible in this war.
I agree they lost a lot of men, probably 2000-3000 KIA and wounded non-return to duty.
The majority of these losses were from experienced and well equipped assault battalions.

What corroboration do you have of the Ukrainian claims about Krynky? From what you presented, you're taking those claims as true while dismissing similar claims made by the RMOD, ie the Mig-29 shootdown.
Russia also claims. Ukraine also claims. I report they claimed. You decide which is true.
