Just found your website. Brilliant 😂 now I've just been inspired by fixing the obvious.😂

Oh my, I must be feeling unusually silly today, I laughed my head off for half of these! (Some, pretty darn awful! And the rest, genius!)

There's a few Duck Tape (or Duct Tape or Gaffer Tape depending on your preferences).
Thing is that you absolutely _can_ fix absolutely everything with duck tape, and if it didn't work that just means you didn't use enough

Yeah, just what did we do before duct tape or cable ties? Best inventions ever.

Gaffer's tape is much more expensive... why? because they can 😂

I want to thank your for all these indispensable tips and tricks to repair stuff. As long as I have duct tape, zip ties, large C-clamps, a coat
hanger, a rubber chicken, a plunger, a few ball point pens or a vise-grip... I will always be able to MacGyver my way out of a jam. 👍

That reminds me of how I once MacGyvered my way out of my boyfriend´s bedroom after he had left for work at 6 am and I was still asleep. He accidentally locked the bedroom door behind him so his crazy cat couldn´t open it (he could open doors, the cat I mean). When I woke up, I could´t open it either and I didn´t fancy climbing out the window and walking down the street to his parents in my nightie. But it was a very feeble, cheap door, so I figured I could fumble the key out of the hole with my pair of dissecting tweezers that I still had in my backpack from uni. It was a long distance relationship, so all my belongings save the backpack where in the hall outside the small bedroom. These tweezers are very thin and pointed and I actually managed to poke the key out, of course before that I shoved the plastic lid of some lunch box underneath the door for the key to fall on, hoping the cat wouldn´t steal the key before I could pull the lid with the key on it inside. He didn´t and I was able to get the key, open the door and go use the bathroom. PHEW! The best part is my boyfriend never noticed he locked me in, not even when he came back in late afternoon.

@@Punki80 Whew.... that sounds nerve-racking, I always need to go when I wake up. 😂 Very clever thinking there.... nothing can hold you back now.
I will keep this info in my memory bank (archives 🤣 )... one never knows when it will come in handy,👍

@@macforme 😄 I also needed to go, hence my urge to get out of this room... Yes, we have a saying here that´s about the same as: "Necessity is the mother of invention."
