- Aided by the passives of two store cards, Bronze Nightwing dishes out more than 2 MILLION damage on his own to defeat one of the toughest matches of Story Mode through the magic of power drain and DOT!
In September of last year I managed to defeat Battle 63’s final match using a team of Bronze characters, but while using a whole lot of MP gear. I decided to revisit the battle and challenge myself further--limit the amount of MP gear used and get a single bronze character to deal all the damage on his own. Here you see Nightwing accomplish this while equipped with 2 survivor gears and 1 MP gear (which happened to run twice in the past cycle), and teamed with easily accessible store cards.

This took me (only?) 8 tries to get this done, although I had some practice while experimenting with Enchantress looping on Nightwing in Survivor. However, half of the attempts lasted about as long as what you see at 0:40 in the video. The other failures came down to Nightwing getting hit by a single special of BNj NW/BM, or failing to juggle CW after she tagged in again with her rage.
One thing to note is that Enchantress doesn’t need to be fused at all in order for the DOT gear synergy to take effect, and Ibistick can be replaced with other power gen gear (although there will be less DOT). Another option is to give Nightwing crit on basics gear (like LexCorp Chestplate), and team him with BNj BM instead of Ani HQ to make use of BNj BM’s power gen on crit attacks passive.

@@lasix6 BNJ Nightwing is at Elite 1 and his SP1 deals reduced damage. Of course Silver GL with 34K health stat would survive the SP1.
If this was me attempting to do this, Catwoman and all the other AIs would be constantly blocking and countering my basic attacks. That's my luck with this game.

Gold nightwing has one of worst passives. If he have the silver nightwing passive would be the second best card in the game.

although IMO for it to be a true solo, you can t have other characters boosting with their passives or ever have them tagged in, but still an amazing feat!
Agreed, the "solo" in the title may have been slightly misleading. I've changed the title to hopefully more accurately reflect the video contents.
My initial goal was to defeat this match with NW doing all of the damage on his own, but it's difficult to word such a thing in a way to prevent any misunderstanding. Maybe I can attempt a true solo later, but that's probably not going to happen any time soon.

You can defeat the BN team easily with Prime Hawkgirl, Static, and any other card (E2 Flash and Lucy Bane work well, but this can just be your strongest card).
Give Static Master's Death Cart and possibly some gear that aids with power gen, and give your third card Tantu Totem, Cloak Of Destiny, and Scythe (Tantu Totem is a must, don't need both Cloak and Scythe but for best results use both).
The idea is to keep tagging between Static and your third card and keep using their SP1s. The enemy will be stun-locked and unable to touch you.

Damage over time like burning or bleeding

Unfortunately, it would be impossible for Bronze Nightwing to deal enough damage before the countdown timer elapses. He needs DOT gear to beat the enemies in time when they are at much higher stats.

What is DOT damage though
DOT stands for Damage Over Time. This phrasing is most notably found on DOT gears such as LexCorp Helmet, League of Assassins Initiate Blade, The Ibistick, and Heart of Darkness. What they do is inflict a set amount of damage over a time period, ticking damage over a few seconds.
What's special about these specific gear DOTs is that they do damage as a percent of enemy health, and the damage doesn't scale from your stats at all. This is how you can get even a mere bronze card to deal millions of damage, as shown in the video.

I misunderstood your question at first. I'm not fully sure what you are asking. Are you wondering how Blackest Night Flash's SP2 can kill multiple enemies?

@@k-real9407 Some cards like BN Flash, Gaslight Batman, Earth 2 Flash, BNj Lord Joker, BNj Batman, BNj Catwoman, BNj Nightwing, N52 Shazam, Metal TBWL, FP Batman, and a few others cannot knockout multiple enemies on their special 2s. The developers favored animation over their practical use in the game.
However, if you get an opponent to be bleeding, then a special that normally doesn't knock out more than one opponent will be able to. Bleed is easily applied through the special ones of Catwoman, Aquaman, some Batman characters, and Yellow Lantern Hal Jordan, as well as the passive of The Batman Who Laughs and a few others.
Do note that the bleed must be active on the enemy in order for this to happen.

Use darkside
The damage dealt in this battle is almost entirely through gear DOT (Ibistick/LoA Blade). Unlike most forms of damage, gear DOT deals damage proportional to the enemy's health--that means that it doesn't matter what stats your characters are, as the damage dealt entirely depends on the stats of the enemies.
So, the 4x boost to stats that Darkseid/Prime provides to bronzes will have minimal impact in this battle. As a matter of fact, it would worse than having either Regime GL or Animated HQ as a teammate, since they provide power generation which allows Nightwing to dish out more DOT damage through applying the gear DOT effects on his specials.
