So happy to see that you uploaded a new DCL video. I just did a DCL 7-night Western Caribbean cruise a couple of months ago on the Disney Fantasy and it was one of the best cruises ever. I love the new graphics that you did on the food menu. By the way, there was a woman playing the violin at the La Piazza bar... in case you're wondering, the song she was playing is called "Come Fly With Me" by Frank Sinatra and is one of my favorite songs. Looking forward for more videos on this cruise.

We love the Fantasy. Thereâs so much to do like the other Disney ships. I saw that you had issues with your server. Itâs so weird because we did too. I wonder if we had the same one. We donât remember the name and we donât want to say anything negative about it anymore because overall our experience on the ship was great but Disney does go above and beyond especially if youâre unhappy with the service. Weâre not the type of people to ever complain about anything unless it really warrants it. Happy to see that Disney went above and beyond for you guys. I hope you have a wonderful 7 day cruise!
We canât believe that happened to you too! And we think alike! We donât like to complain and usually shy away from confrontation, but since we were traveling with others too and they also felt uncomfortable, we all decided that it was best to say something or else we would worry every dinner. Like you, the overall experience is still so amazing and Disney guest services is the best, we donât think we can ever stop raving about them anymore!
