I'm not sure if shard of Alexander does anything here since you're ash of war isn't actually a damaging ability, it just buffs what ever attack you're gonna use next

Thanks! As for the ash of war, I think you're talking about the Royal knight's resolve which gives 80% damage buff. That one is very good indeed. The cragblade ash of war is also very good.
Commander Standard gives 5% more damage than golden vow, but the buff duration of Commander Standard is way too short to be worth, its only 30 seconds, while the golden vow buff duration is 80 seconds. Golden vow has a higher uptime, which means more overall damage from the buff. Commander Standard is only better in shorter boss fights.
I should have used one of the alternative talismans that i've showed in the video. You're right, Shard of Alexander doesn't stack with royal knights resolve. Shard of Alexander is only good here if you use a direct damage dealing ash of war.
