Alisha, please tell me about forget, forgot and forgotten. How to use this
I forgot your note book.
I have forgotten about it.
How can I recognize the verb "read" present or past in a sentence ?
You have to use the context of the rest of the sentence or text. "I read a book" won't tell you if it's past or present, but if you know the setting is in the past, you know it's past tense...For example, "I felt so tired yesterday. I stayed at home. I read a book." That would be past tense (sounds like "red").
@@SSmith-vv2ur thanks for the reply.
