Best for editing are neutral or flat headphones like the Sony MDR 7506. They are professional industry standard. Bose (and Beats) is awesome, but they have the base sounds (lower frequencies of sound waves) boosted so you won't be hearing exactly the sound that was recorded. I could get more into it, but just know that the Sony MDR 7506 is about $100 and what most people use for professional recording and editing.
