Concept really explained in a good structured way, i have gone through many videos but i got it in standardized way here. One observation how cause & effect can be preventive action thats the analysis ,action points after cause & effect may become preventive action. Let me know your thought.

1. CAPA means corrective action and preventive action. Yadi customer pr problem aati to generally customer action plan mangta hai, jise hum CAPA kahte. CAPA k bahut sare format ho.sakte hai.
2. Why why analysis, problem analysis karne ek tarika hai jisme maximum 5 why ke ander root cause ka pata chal jata hai.
3. Fish bone diagram 4M ko consider karte huye kewal root cause pata lagate hai. Fish bone diagram action kya hoga ye help nahi karta hai.
4. 5W1H ek format hai jisme problem define kr CAPA submit karte hai.
