There are people whom have mental health issues that are not weak minded, there some I know personally that are highly strong minded. I personally will defend their 2nd amendment rights to the fullest.

I’m sick of people like you throwing this out of context quote about as if it answers everything. Question: why does he feel the need to brandish an assault rifle in a neighborhood to begin with? Where was the threat in that neighborhood? Where was the threat in those schools? The fact that the schools went into lockdown proves that HE was viewed as a potential threat. Degenerates like you only want more chaos in a world already experiencing hardship. You’re sick.
I hope you have the integrity to hold to this mantra if, fate forbid, you’re ever terrorized or victimized by someone who acquired a gun due to the degenerate TN GOP’s lax gun laws.
Oh My God !!!!!!!! In Oakland , we are desperate to defend ourselves. In Memphis, it can be 10X worst if you do not take the matter in your own hands. Good luck, brothers and sisters
Correction- it has ALWAYS been a right of the people to keep and bear arms. It is only until recently that gun rights have been RESTRICTED by politicians.
I have my own concealed carry license and I very much so promote the protection and empowerment of the second amendment, shout out to Brandon Herrera. That being said, why is he handling the firearm slung on his shoulder in the middle of the street? I check my firearm and make sure it's loaded every time I take it from its holster before I leave the house, I don't see a reason to check for a live round in the chamber or if it's loaded. Handling the firearm would be the only mistake I see here though, I believe fully every person should have the right and use the right to carry just as he did, but use common knowledge not to cause panic. Edit: this goes to say that my reasoning behind the common knowledge comment is due to not only following common courtesy to others, but the law as well. Brandishing a firearm without emergency I believe is an offense in my home state of Tennessee. If I am factually wrong about anything I encourage anyone to prove me wrong, I am all the more willing to learn.
1792 George Washington Order. George Washington said ,to be armed with no less than 20 rounds, every person shall be armed themselves shall hold the same exempt from all suits. When buying arms and ammo being exempt from paying sales tax person shall be 18 years old or older. The state shall not charge anyone for training or carrying a firearm.
I will just say this the laws got relaxed for a reason, more than likely it was crimes being committed in those places and people were given the right to carry so they could defend themselves. Is it smart to open carry, not in my opinion, just make yourself a target. Much better to conceal carry.
"Over the past decade"? How quickly people have forgotten the guy that walked around Radnor Lake with an AK (Draco?) on a sling, strolled around downtown Nashville with a suppressed AR-15, and stood on the sidewalk outside a high school (Hillsboro?) with a bolt action rifle, trolling the cops. Gotta give credit to the judge that told him that if he was trying that hard to get the attention of the cops, he couldn't really complain when he got the attention he was looking for, after he sued the police for stopping him to figure out what was going on. And to the cop that proved he knew the finer details of the state gun laws, in the incident with the suppressed AR-15.
I love seeing the same clowns in these comments who are perpetually up in arms about gun violence stories in other videos defending this man toting an assault style gun around in a neighborhood like it’s a flipping umbrella. Pretty sure the responses from them would be the total opposite if certain things and characteristics were changed... 🤔
@@llibressal na. He just ignores logical and fact based responses. There’s no such thing as an “assault weapon” it’s literally a made up term by the anti gun lobby used to scare people. Sadly it works. The simple fact that handguns kill more than “assault weapons” shatters the entire anti gun narrative. And that’s because the anti gun position isn’t based on facts.

People it's a GOD GIVING RIGHT.
It's called the 2nd Amendment Right... that gives you the right to carry a gun anywhere, anytime...

GUNS SAVE LIVES !
They kill more lives than they save.
You gun degenerates never bring that up, though.
The less strict, the better. Most gun control laws are unconstitutional anyway.
Lol you wonder why there’s so many mass shootings
