    For a free kick, I think you should be able to kick straight to touch (as if in 22, losing posession).
    For lineout infringement, i think you should be able to choose to take lineout again (as they don't take long to set up & defence lineout are then at risk of a penalty, so should behave).

    Let me get this right. World Rugby is saying "we need to make rugby more attractive to new markets". So it doesn't matter what those of us who have played and followed rugby for 60+ years think, we don't count; what counts are people who have no interest in or knowledge of rugby. What sort of thinking is that?
