Unfortunately this is going to take a long while to bear fruit and results tonight are part of the learning process…they should be learning this back at their old clubs or in a youth team or out on loan but they’re at Chelsea so you just have to accept it. Not hard to expect such a result. Arsenal FC was playing a League 2 side! Players were poor all across the field. Even if you don't have your star player, Palmer, at least set up to defend and get a draw. Head coach and his staff (Conference league level) are not experienced or good enough to work out good strategy to play for a draw!
