The local is leading him to a slum area which existed from Soviet times for maids, servants and low income people. He should stay right there in that country. It is somehwat of a civil war, at a small scale. I heard that some Americans, when they come back to the United States, recommend either to NATO or to America for the ethnic cleansing of Ethnic Russians of that country that he / she had lived in for a few months. It's an indirect small civil war out there. When President Yanu - something tried to hire consultants such as manafort to get a trillion dollars in aid or grant half a decade ago, in return for joining NATO, half (those who considered themselves ethnic Ukrainians) of their population was open - minded about the concept of NATO expansion into their country, while the other half (those who considered themselves ethnic Russins) was apprehensive, or outright hostile to the idea, in joining a group of countries which likes to speak against Russia and has declared Russia as the common enemy in case of a future ideological war. NATO had become an anti Russia organization since 2004 , or right after George W Bush Junior came to power in an election coup in Florida. President George W Bush declared under his breath that NATO will expand eastwards in return for continued national approvals of new trillion dollars every other year in order to make few politicians rich and a few lobbyists rich in east Europe.
