Wow! 🤯 This is fantastic!! I wanted to make snowflakes to use as part of my Christmas decorations, but I didn't want to necessarily buy them if I didn't need to. I also wanted a certain size. I'm going to try this!
This technique has been around for decades. But it's easier to use a transparent silicone mat, a template underneath and then use hot glue to outline. There are also many colored sticks for your glue gun and they already have glitter, so you save yourself a mess.

Question: since it is a glue stick, when it is still wet, couldn't you add the sprinkles before it dries? As you go? Will it not stick? I would think it would sink in better, reducing the dreaded sparkles falling off everywhere.... maybe i'm wrong?? Someone please let me know if you have tried this method to save the extra resources and step of adding glue on dried glue... THANKS!! Can't wait to try!

you can use a ziploc bag or a baking sheet
use glitter glue sticks on parchment paper on top of a printout of a snowflake
