It’s pretty common in certain schools. I started speaking in 3 languages at age 4 because of the school I went to. I’m assuming Seungjae’s school also teaches English regularly and that’s why he is kinda used to it.
That crazy Fangirl Kids tends to learn language faster than adults because they haven't been fully introduced to a language yet, so they tends to learn what they hear.
