So i have already connect my whatsapp account,but i found this in my whatsapp inbox "You'll need a phone number that's not registered to an existing WhatsApp account" is there any other way to connect the inbox without deleting the whatsapp account first?

@@StewartGauld it is a business account, its a WhatsApp bot built by some platform that creates bot flows. On the meta business suite app, i don’t even have the option to add a WhatsApp number, maybe it’s a country limited feature?

I don’t even have the bar on the right where you can add the information and add a label to the particular persons profile in the conversation
It can be different the interface depending on your account.
