Writer and journalist, Abdus Sattar Ghazali’s latest book “Muslim World in the New Global Order” was formally launched on February 17, 2024 at a colorful event held at the Chandni Restaurant, Newark CA. Samina Sundas, Executive Director of the American Muslim Voice (AMV) was MC of the event. Among those who spoke on the book included Dr. Abdul Jabbar, former Emeritus Professor of English and Interdisciplinary Studies at City College of San Francisco, California; Tashie Zaheer, President Urdu Academy of North America and Prof Zakia Asad retired from Shabot College Hayward CA. Also comments were read from Khalid Saeed, National President American Muslim Voice; Dr. Mahboob Khawaja, prominent writer; Dr. Habib Siddiqui, author and writer and Prof. Arthur Scott, ex-Professor of Humanities and Cultural Studies of the Dominican University of California and Fellow of American Institute of International Studies.
