@@jayroro7053 Also probably a bit late to say this but Clouddrop is not a reliable source for lyrics and the videos have a big amount of mistakes when you look past the release roster, The Kiss of Death and Mirror of The World being the worst offenders getting most of the lines very wrong.
Imo Kiss of Death is the most underrated track in the album

Ayy don’t stress it bro, I’m a metalhead and I can’t vibe with Kiss Of Death either! I dig the character but compared to the other themes, it just feels so damn mid..So Jack-O’s theme was a surprisingly good palette cleanser!
I can't for the life of me figure out what makes him like or dislike a song it just seems completely random and he's horrendous at explaining it lol. I feel like he's not very musically inclined

Baiken ain't very broken if your opponent is Potemkin because you tie rope him and you are getting your entire healthbar taken away by 2 command grab supers but otherwise Baiken is pretty good and has a parry

1. Requiem : Favourite song, a spiral of emotions, every phrase and image has so much depths and meanings, show hard it is for I-No ( mentally). Knowing that you have already lost it and have nothing to gain from what you're doing, then using your own insanity to keep pushing, all for a greater future.

Baiken isnt broken but her gimmick in Strive is all about tying herself to the opponent with a rope. For some characters, being tethered to Baiken is a nightmare, for others they basically win instantly.
In older games, Baiken IS broken because her gameplan is all about literally attacking while blocking, making fighting her very awkward and difficult. In fighting games, you generally stay on offense until there is some sort of opening or a gap. But against old Baiken, the offense that is airtight against everybody else is actually full of gaps that Baiken can exploit.
Honestly this is the most awesome part about this soundtrack, in all the reactions I've seen there's never a dedicated tierlist or standout tracks, it's fully possible that the listener will take songs that I'd consider to be 10/10 (Kiss of Death), and say 'nah not feeling that one', and that's GREAT. It's a soundtrack that everyone can enjoy for different reasons. Case in point, many people don't like Perfection Can't Please Me that much, but you loved it!
You might also want to try listening to the 'OG' guilty gear soundtrack from the 1st game. I blame that game for wiring my brain into a metalhead instead of reflecting on myself.

Baiken’s theme starts with the Buddhist mantra of light, which is essentially her praying for forgiveness for the blood she’s spilled, but the other lyrics of the song indicate that she doesn’t believe she’s worthy of it - her hands are too stained to ever be clean again. Shit goes *hard.*

i know this is a pretty weird request, but try reacting to some old guilty gear songs called "awe of she" (with english vocals preferably), and "blue water blue sky", in japanese vocals. the characters for those are dizzy and may. they are both bangers and i feel like you would like them a LOT

If the men songs have that type of good song I'm going to enjoy it if hits a lot to me but some these songs just felt aight to me.
My only problem with this game is that all the characters are too cool, I cannot choose a main for the life of me.
I think Goldlewis' theme is underwhelming, yeah. It's like- most other tracks are so unique, but because he's THE American of all time, the metal vibe of the OST all-around doesn't much wiggle room. It's just sounds that people have probably heard a lot before.
It's not bad, it's just like- I feel like I could hear it on the radio. It doesn't stand out as much as the rest
Dude I like Jack O's song but its a whole lot closer to being the exact thing you described. If not for the more rich composition of guilty Gear instrumentals you could mistake it for a generic pop song. Hell, it sounds a LOT like Don't Stop Me Now by Queen lol
