Would you please advices their family member to make a card for medical schemes like eshram or ayushman bharat it is central funded schemes where government will help those who are finding difficulty in dealing to pay their hospital expenses.. And also helped their family to get register under deputy commissioner as if I am not mistaken deputy commissioner has the authority to direct those disabled person into getting a job as three person are disabled from one family so you please inquiry and approached wokha D.C... And moreover there's a schemes under minister of labour so under this schemes let their mother get registered its for labourer those three sister will not get it so they will not get the schemes if possible register their parents if both their parent are labour so that they'll get extra income although it's not much but their family will atleast get 1000-3000 annually.. And if possible approach an NGO like rotary Club etc and so on..

Ministries, Department's and alikes.... A Decade plus of living in complete Hell why is that none have helped OR have raised their issues with the concerned MLA, DC, and alikes.... Going through this it's as "Clear as Crystal" that even the People's of Sanis are at fault at some point of time for not helping them out or for that making them know what Govt's holds for an such People's Ĺ bing with Servere Disabilities.
