Got access to the Console using Unreal Unlocker 4 and was messing around in the Dev testing room for enemies. Pretty simple but some oddities in it as well.

All the enemies do hurt him. However, the room at the end with the Squidward has enemies that don't move or hurt Spongebob.

Sorry for the very late reply. To clarify, the console itself was modded back in using Unreal Unlocker. The console is in everything based on Unreal 4. Everything in the video is part of the game or at least was at it's launch.

Yes, the level was included at launch of the game. The console was only accessible using unreal4 unlocker
