Good decision by SSC, we could have taken jee advanced cleared students directly if quant was a marker for selection. They will do it better than cgl toppers. But for recruiting officers who will assist Group A civil servants, we need not just quant but some reasoning and gk too.

That is not true. If we compare both patterns-
T1 has role in preparation of final merit list.
T1 consists of GI and GA as well which was 100 marks in total.
But now total marks of GS and GA is 165.
Role of GA and GS was existed in previous pattern also. But the weightage has increased 100/400 marks to 165/390 marks.

prilims qualifying ho gya hai , selection sirf mains ke basis par hoga, per subject minimum 30% score karna compulsary ho gya hai aur subjects 2 se badh kar 5 ho gye hain, total exam 450 marks ka hoga, maths 30 questions, reasoning 30 questions, english 45 questions, gs 25 questions and computer 20 questions (3 marks per question & -1 for negative marking). No teir 3 and 4, descriptive exam has been removed and tier 4 (data entry speed test) will be held on the same date with the tier 2 exam and this is compulsory now for everyone

I born on 3 Jan 2004. So I was unable to give CHSL EXAM in 2022 because the age calculated as on 1-1-2022. Will I eligible to apply for CHSL exam of 2023 ? I mean the age limit for CHSL(exam in 20233) will be calculated as on 1-1-2022 or 1-1-2023 ?
