Ginger - 1/4 cup
Garlic - 1/3 cup
Tomato puree - 4 tbsp
Tamarind - 1/4 cup
Chilli flakes - 1/3 cup
Oil - 300 g
Turmeric powder - 1 tbsp
Cumin seeds - 1 tbsp
Fennel seeds - 2 tbsp
Coriander seeds - 2 tbsp
Sichuan pepper - 1 tbsp
Mustard seeds - 2 tbsp
Salt to taste
