Today Polly discovered a funny thing on her tummy - a belly button!
Why do we have belly buttons? Where did they come from and why do we need them?
When mommy is pregnant she feeds her baby through the cord, so that the baby is never hungry and grows healthy and happy. When the baby is born the end of the cord is tied and forms a cute and beautiful belly button!
But Polly didn’t get this information right away so she came up with some funny ideas along with her friends - belly button is like a knot of the balloon… belly button is the eye of a belly…
