Nails left on Kaimuki streets, sidewalks causing havoc for local drivers

Some people living in Kaimuki say they're dealing with a nightmare involving nails and flat tires. Residents spoke to Island News and said they think someone is trying to intentionally cause mayhem for local drivers.
