In creating a business email address, you need to first have a custom domain name / website address that you've registered online. Yes you can change it. Just login to your email account, click on your icon at the top right corner and select “Edit Personal Data”. You can then put your first and last name there and what’s there should display to people who receive your email. If you are using an autoresponder, like AWeber, you can also edit your list settings to display your from name information.
@@HowToWithEvan I'm not sure if it's me doing in the wrong way but i did add my profile and name in my account but when someone receives my email, in their email inbox displays my name but not my avatar. The "?" Still remains! Any idea? Thanks in advance

(1) Login to your mail account (2) Select the Compose option to create a new email (3) Click on your name in the "From" field (4) Click on Edit Names (5) Click to box to use custom name (5) Put in the name of your choice (6) And save! Give it a try and let me know if it works for you.

Only one free per domain. If you want more than one for the same domain, there's usually a cost.
