As the first British jet fighter and the Allies' only jet aircraft to achieve combat operations during the WWⅡ, Gloster Meteor has the special historical significance. This fighter with twin-engine and low wing design was produced by Gloster Aircraft Company. Besides the RAF, Several other operator such as Australia, Argentina, Canada and Israel flew Meteor. It was deployed against the V1 Buzzbombs and flew armed reconnaissance and ground attack operations and etc. The Gloster Meteor became the backbone of RAF fighter command in its F4 and F8 until the advent of swept wing aircraft.
-- 1510mm fuselage length has excellent performance and better wind resistance
-- Detachable wing and fuselage make it easy to assemble and disassemble and will not take much space when carrying.
-- 70mm 12-blade double EDF design with 80A ESCs and KV2600 motors can brings tremendous thrust and speed.
-- The scale split flap design effectively improves the lift coefficient and fidelity.
-- Enough battery space means that users can put higher capacity battery and flight control system such as ISTONE-All V2 stabilizer or Detrum SR86A sport receiver in it.

Pilot Robert honors us by using our product. It makes me cry for joy that our tray and harness have been such a huge success for our little company. I never thought that when I designed a multi dimensional hand pad transmitter tray like this, that it would help and allow so many Flyers who had stopped flying due to arthritis, CP, arm, wrist, hand and many other nerve and muscle issues (Read our reviews), would allow dozens upon dozens upon dozens fly again. When I saw Pilot Robert trying to fly with a neck strap I knew I had to send him our Tray, HandPad and Full shoulder harness. So I say again, Pilot Robert honors us.

One of the most thrilling flights in life for sure. Distractions all arround from moment one. Didnt discover nothing after the flight. In radio monitor we were able to see that the wheels are cutting off engines, but then it stopped and that was it. The bird is ready now for flight review but this time with my radio. All in all this plane is amazing flyer and 6S power is great. Thanks for stopping by and big salute to all from Pilot Robert & Captain Blaž. See you soon.

Having a crap work day so logged on to cheer myself up. Cant thank you guys enough for spreading such joy. Flight looked so realistic. I live near Boscomb down in Uk and they had a Meteor flying up until a few years ago. A friend used to fly them in the RAF. He remarked that they were a gentleman’s aeroplane. Mind you would he have said that if on putting the gear up the engines cut! Thank goodness you kept calm. My instinct was to land gear up when I saw the issue on the video which I dont think would have worked out too well. Great flying. I really look forward to the next flight. It would be a great trainer for any plane, or a great second plane. It will do any flying style and is so light and small that it is hard to break even flying straight into the ground. (I am not proud of it, but it got small and upside down.) Definitely my new favorite!

Nice flight!, I enjoy you guys testing various models. I bought a V1 after watching your first video on the Meteor. Mine was converted to 6s and never flown on 4s. I updated to oleo struts as the stock landing gear and retract units were very sub standard. I have one recommendation to all owners of this aircraft, split the battery connector and make two separate systems. Carry two batteries, I use two 6s 3300mah, this gives longer flight time and saves the batteries as two edf's are thirsty for power and will cause the battery to overheat and puff.
    Cheers!
    Glenn

It's a good thing that your normal flight procedure is to not raise the landing gear until well after take off so the Capt can take video of the wheels retracting. If you had flipped the retract switch immediately after take off, it would have been an emergency landing for sure. It looks like a nice flying airplane. Congratulations and please show us another flight!

on the 2nd attempt i think the flaps gave you a good ground effect but you throttled up before landing and missed the runway.. might have been a little shook from that sweet touch n go!
any landing you can walk away from (and flight it again) is a good one!

excellent pilot skill first sign of trouble and you put out the wheels , 10/10 that was sick reflex ,like blaz said even he wouldn't have did this in the panic and same for me so that was a great flight regardless of the issues awesome from the Petrincic brs big salute to you guys from beautiful Slovenia oh yeah :-)

Mother Nature takes care of all landings, either up right and smooth, or lots of pieces, it will happen, as I've never seen a model yet that can stay airborne forever.

I was really so confused at that moment and had to think really fast. Didint discover nothing. It was doing the same later in workshop and all of a sudden stopped and worked perfect. But I wont risk nothing for flight review. The bird is now on my radio that I know good.

    And this was something….
That tray is worth its money in gold. But nevertheless you took the bird into the sky and it came down in one piece so that’s good. A few things for the next time to solve and I think you end up with a perfect flying plane.
On the landing you could see it glides very, very good. Probably better even than Me262. Maybe it just needs some fiddling with the rates for elevator to make it fly all around perfect. For what I know of, my Dynam planes needed quite a bit of attention when put together but they always fly very well.
Now that throttle cut thing is scary though. It’s not nice these problems get solved by itself but you don’t know why. I probably would have crash landed that plane right there but you managed to think so quickly and put out the landing gear again.
    Great stuff!
I think the plane deserves another go with the little things set correctly and the transmitter in the tray. I guess it will be perfect then.

The elevators are connected by a THIN wire. You need to remove that and install a properly thick wire. I almost crashed mine on the maiden because when I tried to pull out of a 45 degree dive almost nothing happened. If I had not had altitude it would have gone in. Once the elevator was fixed it was fine at half throttle. If I punch it at level flight it'll go into an uncommanded climb. Every time.

And Dynam landing gear continues to be " maybe or maybe not"...lol...great flight and great filming. FIRST thing....pull the receiver out and use another to test gear.
