Few little tweaks that will make the videos a better watch. 1. Write a script and practice so you don't repeat yourself/run out of words/speak too slowly. 2. Additionally, you don't have to do the entire house/room in one-take; you can do it multiple times and keep the best take, using your B rolls as transitions.

This house feels cold. The intro makes it interesting but as you showed around, it doesn't deserve that price tag.
Stunning house and everything was perfect until the master bedroom....should've been allocated the balcony but also the bathroom and closet proportions are off.

The architecture of the house is beautiful, but as you walked inside the house it felt so cold, and poorly decorated, with a house covered with trees one should have known that lighting would play a key role in making the home feel warm, it also puzzles me how the furniture is placed in this home, making you feel like you are in church, with a sense of loneliness.
Very cold indeed, but I am more worried about the 6 toilets in the house costing, R136 800 if you take the cost of a square meter to build x 6 thats insane.... house prices are completely skewed and un realistic...
