I am not even kidding Wardlow would work in every era if the right guy polished him.

@@nathanladnier8292 I was literally thinking about a Wardlow Oba Femi storyline. Hell even a Wardlow Josh Briggs storyline could be nice. The possibility is endless with Wardlow. His time in AEW is stale to the point when Adam Cole finally heals this devil storyline that also gotten stale will finally happen with turning on Wardlow and getting MJF back in the fold but that is months away, with a lot of mid shit in between.
And it’s a damn shame that Danhausen wasn’t able to show off exactly how damn good he is if anybody has watched any of his Indy matches then you know what I’m saying Danhausen is a damn great wrestler
I've had more than a few criticisms about AEW, but what they did that REALLY made me mad was jerk us around about Danhausen. It was bad enough they had to pique our interest with that BATMAN-inspired promo (the one sung to the tune of "London Bridge is Falling Down") only to postpone Danhausen's return indefinitely. But then they finally brought him back - only to do practically nothing with him, and we haven't seen him since. If they think Danhausen is a stupid gimmick, then fine; they can get rid of him. But making the audience look like fools is simply inexcusable.
I don't think Danhausen will be going anywhere, he's AEW's biggest merch seller, TK will throw money at him to keep him. His injuries have kept him back but he seems to be 100% again as he's been wrestling Indies shows (Was in Wales recently) and ROH, he also did a fantastic promo not long ago where he did a fantastic Unresolved Mysteries bit where he interviewed himself where he said "He'd step on anyone in AEW on his way to the top" and called it his "Spite tour"......The promo is on YT...."AEW Delve into the Peculiar Mind of Danhausen" well worth a watch.
Problem is he is punks good m8, and they been f-ing all those guys up that were freinds with him

Why Anna Jay? Her boyfriend (Jack Perry) is in AEW and her booking hasn't been bad compared to some of the people you mentioned
Hm. a so-so list. I'll just change the order, to match
-Ricky Starks. Noone seems to know why he isn't on the shows since almost half a year by now., including hinself and Tony Khan.... Could be built up to MJF-levels easily, but isn't. Looks like a jump might be in his best interest - unless there is plans worked on that are kept secret.
Now, if there isn't anything "in the works", he SHOULD jump ship asap. Would be a major loss for AEW, but one that'd be complety self-inflicted.
- Hobbs - "can do". He isn't booked well in AEW, but there may be reasons that the public isn't aware of. If there aren't, jumping ship might be in his best interest - as long as he'd receive a guarrantee to be used on the main roster, with a guarranteed push. NXT would be 2 steps back, and main roster w/o guarrantees would be "more of the same", just with a heavy load of house shows.
- Wardlow - quite one-dimensional. While he, just like Hobbs, "could" be used better, unlike Hobbs though, he doesn't bring overly much to the table himself other than being tall. I suppose WWE wouldn't be too interested therefore ("just another jobber" for them - realistically, the only motive on WWE's side to sign him that "i" can see would be "so that AEW doesn't have him any more").
- Private Party: I don't think WWE would be overly interested tbh. They're just too "forgettable" - and that's completely ignoring the fact that Marq Quen was out of action for the whole of 2023 due to injury, with "re-injuring" himself pretty much right after he returned in January '24 (=now, that's what one would call "injury-prone").
- Anna Jay - No.
First, she's in partnership with "everyone's (apart from CM Punk, and anyone who fanboys him) favorite jungle drop-out".
2., she didn't quite improve much in the past couple of years, neither in regards of character-, nor in-ring-work. Others, with similar time spent in both the business and the company, are running laps around her (such as Julia Hart, Sky Blue, Tay Melo (who seems more relevant eventhough she's out due to pregnancy since quite a while already)).
3., she receives "cautious pushes" consistently (albeit not "too much"), and could make a major jump in the internal hierarchy any time IF she put the work in before (as long as she doesn't, that obviously won't happen - yet, also make her 100% "not interesting" for other companies).
@@sadboi88 Anna Jay had so much potential to her. She already had the looks but lacked the right kind of training and seasoning such as developing promo skills. Instead of winning a women's title she has been completed wasted to the point of being a jobber. WWE would make great use of her beginning in NXT.
@sjdrifter72 She's nowhere championship material, whether it's WWE or AEW. She definitely could be better used than She currently is but that doesn't mean WWE is the answer. Let's not forget that they did nothing Xia Li in this current era and She is a much better worker

Thats the great thing about having so many options. We get to follow our favorites no matter where they go, and everyone can find a place to shine. WWE would do good things with Wardlow where AEW could do more with Ricochet. Its a win win for the fans

AJ Styles ain’t going to AEW 💀 he stated multiple times that once his current contract expired he would retire. Plus I doubt any of these guys would even consider jumping ship from WWE to AEW (and Vice Versa) since there’s always a chance for things to change for them.
Seth Rollins has called AEW garbage in the past and a major step down.

@@JoesMadness well from what I learned is that he won’t be re-signing, but a few little chirps on social media are saying maybe that might be a work and even though Ricochet isn’t re-signing, Prince Puma his gimmick from Lucha Underground might be, that is possibly wishful thinking on all of us, and maybe the report just jumped the gun and nothing has been done about the contract yet, but who knows until we know.

Danhausen to Nxt would he fantastic. Ricky Starks and Wardlow to WWE would be huge moves, because both can become mega stars there. Would be fun.
People are starting to get pissed off because Tony Kahn went ape shit crazy signing absolutely every single wrestler he could and now all the originals ain’t getting tv time why does he need more people just utilize the roster you got and he’s have a damn good show
He can't book worth a damn. He does 1 off matches and doesn't build long term fueds or rematches unless its his favs like the trampoline cowboys, or Danielson.
If TK hired a real booker to do the job then maybe AEW could do better in the ratings. Right now they keep losing fans because they only cater to a specific niche audience that like the flippy trampoline wrestling style.

Wardlow and Ricky starks are the only ones I definitely believe should be in wwe sooner than later because it’s true, they’re potential superstars waiting to happen, so popular and over with fans but booking wise is appalling because of their incompetent leader who doesn’t know how to run a business. It could be a a fresh start for both men and best career decision.

WWE has the bloodline currently, I think Cody will grab up Ricky starks and other AEW alumni this year, 2024-2025, and make a similar type group to deal with the bloodline
After accomplishing every possible thing that she could do with the WWE, Becky Lynch has earned the right to retire and be with her family and enjoy the success of her book. Now that she's a successful writer, she can explore other career goals. She's been in a few films, so she can always do that, along with Seth, of which I am convinced that Luis from Resident Evil 4 is modeled after him, so Seth could be in movies and video games. There's more to life than just being a wrestler for Becky and Seth, so I don't see her going anywhere else. Not AEW. Not TNA Wrestling. Not NJPW. Becky will return when she's ready, and if she doesn't return, then I would say "thank you" for all of the amazing matches over the years.
Sheamus and Becky won’t go to AEW 100%. Kevin Owen’s is doubtful. Ricochet and nattie is a lock at this point to go to aew. Danhausen,wardlow and hook will snatch the wwe’s hand off for a contract.

I don't think Danhausen will go anywhere, firstly he's AEW's biggest merch seller so TK will throw money at him, secondly he's been injured quite a lot, but seems to be recovering well as he's been wrestling in ROH and Indies lately (Think he's wrestled in Wales recently) and thirdly he did a fantastic promo a few months back where he was interviewing "Himself" for an "Unresolved Mysteries" bit and ended up telling the AEW roster he's coming back and "He'll step on anyone who gets in his way to the top" and it was time for his "Spite tour", so hopefully a more "Evil" Danhausen returning? Think it's just a matter of time before he's back in AEW teasing the Ass Boys.

I think Becky will sign a new contract, if she hasn't already. Sheamus will probably stay in WWE too. Kevin Steen in AEW is much more likely, but I think Sami Zayn has a few years left in his contract and they're kind of attached by the hip. Hook and Ricky Starks to NXT are very real possibilities and Ricochet to AEW to me is obvious, he'll be there in two or three months. Danhausen to NXT is not gonna happen, I don't think he's a good fit for the WWE style, he's too Indy and I don't think he'd enjoy it, I don't think he'd have a real chance to succeed, he'd probably have to reinvent himself and come up with a completely new character because the new Wyatt family will likely be playing dark and mysterious characters and I doubt there's room for more of that.

LOL Sheamus isn't going to AEW, AJ Styles isn't going to AEW, Kevin Owens isn't going to AEW and Becky Lynch goddamn sure isn't going to AEW.
Most of the WWE list is mostly just "this would be cool to see" rather than realistic. I'll start with the least realistic, which is Becky. She isn't going to AEW. You gave a bunch of examples that really do not apply here. Renee was already planning to leave when Mox left. Brie was essentially retired when Danielson left. Seth is one of the biggest stars in WWE and just reuped, while having been very vocal against AEW. Additionally contrary to what you say, WWE does give a select few performers lighter schedules when they've put in the sweat equity to earn it, which she has. There is absolutely zero chance she goes to AEW.
Kevin Owen's and Sheamus are in the same boat essentially. They are towards the end of their careers and neither has any incentive to leave. KO especially is a Triple H guy. He'd sooner take a backstage role than just leave the company.
AJ is likely in the same boat as them, but I could maybe see him leaving even though I find it highly unlikely.
Ricochet is a 50/50 for me. I can see leaving being attractive, but his partner is a major star in the company as a ring announcer and I really don't see her leaving. Which, you failed to mention, has been the fate of anyone who went and signed for AEW. Another reason I don't find the Becky thing at all likely.
Of the list, Natalya is really the only one I can genuinely see leaving.
The AEW side is more realistic, with actual reasoning behind it, but there are still a couple I don't really see happening. WWE contracts aren't flexible enough for Penta to be a fit. And I'm not totally sold that Hook would leave.
You said you see Natalya jumping is realistic, but Tyson Kidd works in WWE. 😉
There are several more examples of one half of a couple leaving by choice before going to another company. Naomi walked from WWE whilst Jimmy Uso was still there. Rusev requested his release multiple times before he was released whilst Lana was there. Zelina Vega left WWE by mutual consent whilst Malakai was still there (before re-signing a while later). Buddy Murphy requested his release but was initially denied while Rhea Ripley worked there. The list goes on and on. Let's see how it plays out.

I don't think WWE collects wrestlers in the same way that Tony Kahn does. I could see them snapping up all of the departing AEW talent if they had that mentality, but I'm not sure WWE needs Wardlow, Danhausen, etc. Or maybe doesn't even want them (regardless of how good they may be).

Look at all the former WWE stars Tony signed. They are doing nothing of note. Paige, Miro, Pac, Alestier Black, Buddy Mathews, and so many others. Sad to see such great talent being wasted in AEW drawing what 3/8 of the arenas they have shows at? Playing to empty arenas makes a lot of sense. I am sure that 95% of the stars want to leave AEW FAST. Older stars like Edge, Chris Jericho, Christian, Tazz, and Somoa Joe can stay and like Sting Tarnish their careers if they so choose. Just my opinion.
Sting didn't tarnish his career in AEW. He had more left in the tank to go out in his own terms. WWE tried tarnishing his career. Sting just added to his legacy, because that wasn't happening in the E. You missed hard on Sting 😂😂
@@levih7326 did he PUT OVER ANYONE? Nope!!!! Plus WWE didn't tarnish anything. The story was supposed to be Triple H v Rock the next year. Then the match happened with Seth and he got hurt. I watched the matches in AEW and he tarnished his legacy with all the risks and not telling Tony that he should put ppl over not beat everyone.
@@CB-ci5ys he wasn't there to put anyone over. He also didn't stop anyone from any sort of push. Tarnishing himself would've been him jobbing to mediocre talent in AEW. He was brought in to go out on his terms. And well deserved. He wasn't an old hogan or an old flair who couldn't move. WWE brought him in so Vince could make his guys beat Sting. He shoulda beaten Trips. Period. WWE tried to tarnish him. Learn the meaning of tarnish.
@@levih7326 so you are saying that EVERYONE in AEW are mediocre? Wow, you said it best. Yes, he should have beat Hunter but Vince had plans to book The Rock against him but Rock got busy. Vince did not being him in to have him put over talent. Had he NOT gotten hurt he would have won. AEW brings in old stars and pushes them PAST their own stars. Edge, Christian, Sasha, Joe, and many others. He did deserve to go out on his own terms but to not lose in the final match was wrong in my opinion. @@CB-ci5ys Christian is still worlds better than most of the roster. So was Sting. Sting went out like a beast and squashed no pushes. AEW righted all wrongs WWE made with Sting.
