Thats what worked so well with Charles. He caught Jim in wrong place wrong time.
Considering the amount of gaslighting Jim does to Dwight and sometimes others, this is always well deserved and appreciated!

Everything about the scene is so great. How they start off competing with Erin, and then eventually just bonding over the song.
Toby is just the icing on the cake though, like right when you see him getting up, you know he's going to stop it.

agree!!! this show has done insanely well, but beyond all that the most simple environment, and the best writers, i think it is arguable one of the best comedic sitcoms in history.

Except that showed a clear disregard for Erin’s Safety he knew what Gabe was like.

Andy and Erin was the victory condition of this episode.
Charles is honestly one of the most realistic characters in this series, but by the time he came into the show most of the other characters had become like cartoons so he just felt so out of place.
I love how Dwight and Andy go from being bro's to competing for Erin and back to bros in a single scene.
Andy and Dwight actually can be best friends if not for Angela.

At the end of the video, I 100% agree with Andy doing that. They invalidated his feelings and made themselves seem better (during the workplace) and he decision to have them see its not really THAT easy must have felt pretty good
nah he's just petty af. for a guy who just abandoned everything to go on a boat trip for months with his brother to expect any kind of friendship from his employees is a level of entitlement that only Andy would feel.
This didn’t work for me. It was incredibly inappropriate and one of those times the show went too far for cringe. He should have arranged a fake workshop or something besides actually hiring people to make his point. And he had acted really badly towards Erin in the past. This made Andy very unlikeable.
