This is an educational video about flux cored arc welding or called F.C.A.W., using semi-automatic welding commonly used in shipyards.
This video introduces CSF-71S made by Chosun Welding. CSF-71S is mainly used in shipyard such as block welding. As this product developed for 2~4Y grade of all position welding, so it is widely used not only in shipyards but also in steel structures and bridges for construction field.

That is one big spool of wire. I think my everlast mig welder tops out at 12" spool sizes.

We used FCAW in the video and the spool may look big but the actual size is about 11".

The spool size in the video is 11 inches and is usually used in shipyards. And I understand that spool size can be customized depending on the user's environment.
