Cool... still looks like some middle klass design... high-end is another level meaning the equpiment/appliance and the furniture you choose..very very expensive west EU brands which will cost a vehicle.. these are in the 5-6 digit figures in EUR/CHF... almost the price of thy whole property.. anyway good design and money is just an artist taste😊😊

Hi from Westmead ! I bought a 500sqm vacant land in Oran Park (South West Sydney) . Which builder do you recommend based on personal experience with focus towards quality?
Hi Anil, congratulations on the purchase. It's important to do a thorough research. These days lots of smaller builders are going bankrupt. We went with MOJO Homes from McDonald Jones. 2 storey home got built in 7 months, but that was in 2019. Go to the home world in Box Hill, Marsden Park or Leppington and visit multiple builders and get quotes. All the best with the build.

Hi Priyanka. We used Realestate.com.au and domain.com.au for our land search..eventually pur real estate agent told us about this land and we bought it 😊 If you are looking to buy, its a great option to get in touch with an agent 😊

Hi dear, are you in Sydney too? We bought our decor items few years ago. Most of them were from a store in Auburn called Naturally Timber. Unfortunately they closed down. We also got a lot of decor from Freedom and Koala. Any specific ones you like? I can find out if they still sell them 🥰

How much did it cost to build this house, final finish
Hi Divya this was built many years ago and was attainable in a 500k range (excluding land and landscaping). But these days its almost double now. So that would be a realistic figure. Best to chat with a builder to get exact ideas on pricing 😊

Is it very expensive & difficult to buy a house in Sydney?
Sydney is expensive, home prices are high too. But its nit impossible to buy a house. With planning and buying at the right time, you can buy your property. I have done a few vlogs on display homes and home auctions too, if that helps 😊

Hi Jeeva. We built this house many years ago. Back then it cost us around 500k for build. Land price was separate. Prices now are much higher. Its best to visit a display home and analyse the current prices 😊🙏
