What about supplementary documents to various forms for example translations of the transcripts for the originals in other languages, parents IDs , class rankings and grading system, etc . Do we attach them with their original forms or we put them all at the end as other documents too??
If it’s a transcript translation, it goes to the transcript section and add your parents ID to your birth certificate for the applicant/parents proof of citizenship and family relation
hello! Quick question does our parents proof of citizenship need to be Apostille? Or is a copy of their ID or passport fine? And do those need to be notarized?
Just copies of ids are fine. No need to notarize them

Your high school diploma is enough, since you’ll be starting undergrad all over again

You have to generalize the personal statement. Don’t state any university name there.

You have to legalize a copy of the birth certificate
When printing them out should all of it come out in the color it's here or black and white color

No, those will go under Applicant/parent’s proof of citizenship…so add your parents passports together with your birth certificate and use a paper clip to hold them together

Please i need some information on the university track regarding the recommendation letter, and the submission process. For the university track do we include the recommendation letter as soft copy, and when submitting the final application for the university track do we summit it through email as soft copy or through embassy as hardcopy, in total what I'm trying to find out is how to go about university track application
For both embassy and university track you have. To submit all documents in hard copy including the letter of recommendation

Hello.the recommendation letter is it one letter then we photocopy to make it 4?
Yes your professor has to do all that, he has to write one original recommendation letter, make three additional copies, sign all four and put them in one envelope and sign across the flap

Also, for the passport foto, do we glue it on all 4 copies or on one copy and the rest 3 will be photocopies?
No please. Put all four sets of documents into the one big envelope, just make sure you arrange them in a way they can differentiate the documents. You have to stick 4 passport photos on all four sets of documents
How can I print out the form
The forms are already in word document so you simply have to save it on a usb drive, go to a printing press to print it.
In the guidelines they said not to use staples and use just paper clips... How do I do that
It means just use paper clips to hold the documents together. So in my video some of the documents I said to staple them together, but you can rather use paper clips to hold them
Hello.. I want to ask that my professor gave me his own template of recommendation letter in separate page. How I can attach it with GKS recommendation form??? Plz guide
Your professor has to fill his part of the recommendation form, and staple it together with his template of recommendation letter and put them together in an envelope

Then ask your professor to write the letter in the GKS template

So with the proof of citizenship I can decide either to use my birth certificate or my parent’s birth certificate?
It’s a proof of citizenship plus parent child relationship so it’s best to use your birth certificate plus your parents passports or Identification cards

You have to check from the Korean embassy in your country or if you’re applying through the university track check the university
For embassy track... Since its 4 sets of documents will the recommendation letter still be in one envelope or four different envelopes
All the letters should be in one envelope it is written on the recommendation form how you should go about that

No, just write the label at the top right corner of the document as I have done in the video. So for example; write 10. Applicant’s/parents proof of citizenship at the top right corner or your apostilled birth certificate

You only have to apostille your degree certificate, transcript and birth certificate. That’s all. Go through the guidelines again, it indicates which documents to apostille
