Earlier this year I took 2 pasta making classes. Your video gave me a refresher course on all I could of forgot about prepping the dough. Not only “how to do” on your instructions but the “why”. I love ravioli, I have store bought pumpkin ravioli in the freezer, now I have the perfect sauce.

Amazing, I actually make pies from leftover Turkey, stuffing and gravy on the 27th of December. Most notably, in 2014, I was making them when my wife's water broke (a week early). I had to rush her down to St Mary's in Paddington through peak Saturday night traffic, but I luckily had some pies for the journey and the wait.
