As far as my knowledge extends - it’s not a literal language - it’s empathic and feeling based :) it’s intuitive and resonates with our subconscious mind and not our conscious brain. Hi thank you for receiving so beautifully & for your curiosity to ask! 🤍 I see your username has "Lyra" in it & if you feel soul resonance to Lyra, that may be a reason this language may seem familiar to you because it is of Sirian-Lyran origin. Something to explore! But also the beauty of all dialects of light language is we can feel resonance or understanding to it without humanly understanding since it bypasses the human mind & is able to directly be received by the heart, energy field & higher self. Although some dialects may resonate more than others especially if we have soul resonances to certain origins ☺️ For your questions, how I'd share is that when this light language channels through me it moves through my higher self from Source through my heart & I will feel an intuitive "knowing" of what it means or how it is intentioned to transmit. There is an understanding that bypasses my human mind or any structure of language like we understand language constructed by humans. @EighthHouseSun so I was listening to 'Our Divine Potential ' channel about Longfellow a incarnation of Lannelo and they explained how a poem took him his whole life and I thought wow my poetry is an evolution of the elohim poems and is written so fast I realised. Then this poem came to me. The Elohim Beloved Cyclopea appeared on my left foot as an All seeing eye with eyelashes and a pupil made from veins. I realised the I was special or a chosen one this was a decade ago. I kept getting directed by The Internet to the Gospels of Thomas and the Gnostic Gospels and Thoth these books made me feel at home and gave me energy and power I knew this somehow and I didn't know that Gnosis meant you get the nrg and light from the Masters. I realise I was protected in hindsight and when I found the true teachers light like Clare Prophet and Mark(( GURU Ma and Lanello) and others and you later. I realised my akashic country connections and behaviour which showed me I was interigated and tortured dis believed and accused of that which I did not do. falsely accused .etc.I feel the NRG of the Masters. I have seen light amd elements but I have never seen a Master or heard their voice yet they send me gifts and nrg and physical light.......to be continued

Do i just listen to this or do i have to meditate as well to embodying my highest divine essence? Quick question, I feel exhausted since tomorrow, I woke up feeling great but in the evening suddenly I fell asleep and woke up after 4 hours.
You need eight hours of sleep a night. The best thing is to have a bedtime routine. Meditation can help you relax. Avoid caffeine and have a bath before bedtime.

I can relate, I found my sleep disrupted due to the high frequencies we are receiving & then intervals of random longer bouts of sleep. When I feel this way I choose to honor my body is trying to integrate something my human mind may not yet understand or know- I'd recommend listening to your body intuitively, ask what your body needs to better acclimate 🙏🤍
