    That bucking system of yours works well. I think it's a great idea. I will call it "The Genin System"

    Well I think that is a great idea! I’m like you when you have a dumped pile of rounds it is harder to pull them out to split. They always seem to be pinned in by another round. Nice work Genin! 👊🏻

      Yep can’t beat splitting out of a nice stacked pile 👍

    A few weeks I rented a mini skid with a log grapple to tackle a pile of logs. Although it was kinda time consuming to grab each log individually it was still awesome to cut them off ground at a convenient height.

    That worked out pretty dang well! And a super nice pile of rounds you ended up with 👍500i was tearing them down! I definitely think you're onto something by doing it that way.

      Definitely the way I’ll be doing things from now on if I’m alone, thanks for stopping by Brandon 👍

    Great system Genin, I really don't like cutting in a big miscellaneous pile of rounds. Anything to stay away from cutting close to the ground I'm in favor of!

    I was sceptical till you started cutting 2 or 3 at a time! I'd like to time cutting on a pile VS getting on and off the machine 100 times!

    • @765Guys
      @765Guys  Před 3 měsíci

      Cutting on the pile like I did has got to be much quicker, even just cutting one log at a time on the pile was enjoyable, anything to be more upright and out of the dirt.

    I see you go through a bunch of walnut. Don’t sell that for the same price as oak and cherry? It sure smells purdy. I came into a cord.

    • @765Guys
      @765Guys  Před 3 měsíci +1

      No, walnut sells cheaper, some love it, some hate it. It isn’t near as dense as oak hickory or locust. Cuts and splits nice though!
