I know I’m a little late to the party but I agree the panels should’ve been better… that’s all there is to it. NOW, I will say, I LOVE the statue itself, I think it’s one of the best out there, a flip of the collar and fuss w/ the hair a bit and that’s Michael. Glad I found your channel, good to find like minded ppl!
After fixing his hair it looks so much better. I'm really enjoying mine.👍

Totally agreed, they asking too much for statue that is not good close to the prototype, but is true is not that bad as the first photos show on internet. If you are a hardcore Halloween fan $600 for this statue is way to much you'll regret , but if you are able to pay with reward points and down the price to $400 or less it will be a good investment. You guys has made the best honest review I have seen in this kind of videos.

The base panels remind me of Spinal Tap. How much more black can they be? The answer is none. It's none more black. LOL. Good honest review.

Bought this guy a while back..I hate when people complain about how these awesome figures look , if you can't do any better then thee artist can STFU..ENOUGH SAID.
I'd love it, but that's out of my budget. Do like the glowing pumpkin at the feet. I'd agree that the base probably would look nicer as just solid house, but I guess it is just the base and wouldn't bother me too much. Decent statue to own though
The statue it’s self is much nicer than I expected. I do think it’s very expensive for the quality though
Incredible statue! I really want one of these but yeah its pricey! Pictures dont do it justice the base part i deffo agree could of been alot better ive seen stock pics and the images i saw looked perfect clear seeable looks so diff on yours very dark even the hair looked different creature can deffo work his magic on the base lol.. Have u seen the evil dead sideshow one it is incredible & that was over 1k! Overall i still love the statue i do wonder if other peoples statues look diff on the base part 🤔

I hate to be the one to break this! And I don’t know if it’s just me! But the framing in the young Myers picture, the top is slanted and wonky! May just be my perception! Hope you’re enjoying it though! I love the headsculpt! Just wish that the base was coloured like the original pics!
Yeah I’m with you, I think it would of justified the high price. I love the Myers it’s just that base.

I love the statue there’s nothing wrong with his body. But the base, I’m like what happened I paid so much for it. But in the end it’s okay Bc I can just repaint it and it would look so much better.
Yeah I think you can look past it when you know you can just repaint it
Mine just shipped out yesterday. I’m pretty nervous it’s my first ever scale statue. Upset I’m hearing so many bad things
I’m hearing a lot it’s not worth it. I’m also insane for Halloween so I will just keep him regardless

I'm with you on the Hair and Pumpkin they both were Done Cheaply when I got mine my Knife hand doesn't key all the way in I looked in the Arm socket and it looked like where they stuck the Magnet a peice of Polystone came off and keeps from my hand from going all the way in so the QC was Horrible on mine 313 Until I D-I-E

It's alright I agree its overly priced. I'm not a fan of the color of the pumpkin and the color of his knife arm everything else I could deal with

The base pictures ruin it defo such a shame coz if they had got it right hes like proper cool...hair line was naughty but once sorted it looks good..i love him..i dont have one sadley .. i would buy one if I had the spare cash...defo over priced... but the base for me more moody then the hair lol ...that base could have been awesome...annoying xx
Yeah the only benefit is it can be coveted lol. The Myers itself is really nice

I have a ones Myers and a bunch of heads, his work is incredible and well worth the money
Ones is way too stylized. That would have been an awful idea.
I talked to him personally, he said like a year ago he was going to make a statue. I was like I am in. I still feel as thought the 1/3rd is that perfect Myers. Its much better. They claim its the same mask. But I saw both they differ and you get two masks with the 1/3rd. Anyways, ya one customs is sick!!

Not a fan of this at all the PCS 1/3rd was amazing but they changed the face here and not a fan.
I disagree. In my opinion, the headsculpt is on point with 78' Myers, not to mention the coveralls, which are perfection. They even have the hole on the right arm. $600 is a fair price when you consider 1/6 scale custom pieces selling for over $1000. After all, this is a resin statue which will soon sell out and triple in value. Guaranteed!!!
I’m with you. The negative feedback has been misguided and annoying, and I’m not sure how it’s overpriced. I’ll admit I’m not crazy about the portraits on the base though. They’re a tad cheesy, but would have been better if the execution was better.
@@prehistoricgentlemanbird9131 Agreed! The wash on the base portraits is rather lazy. If they weren't going to take the time to detail each piece, they should have come up with another concept for mass production...
Yeah I like the head sculpt but looking at the cost and quality of sideshow statues I feel this is over priced. And being in the U.K. we now have an extra 45% in customs and VAT to pay so that has to be considered in the price for us too.
The base could of had a lot more effort out in to it. As for custom pieces they will always cost more because of the time put in by one person and not mass produced. I always pay more for custom collectibles
I love his head sculpt once I had done his hair he looked loads better. I feel he's accurate, however the base is not as good as it could be, compared to the prototype. I do feel it's overpriced for final finish but I do overall like it. I will get someone to do a repaint. I was lucky as paid in installments so I paid shipping direct via PayPal to SShow. So it cost me 70 pounds to ship and then obviously no customs as I basically pre paid the tax etc.
Glad @ pure horror you like it. I ignored all the negative and waited and I like it , agree the base is as good as I wanted but a re paint it will be great.
Ya I loved the 1/3rd, still love that a lot better. But disappointed with this. Ill wait til this goes way down in price on ebay!
Honestly I’m sure they’ll be in a sale at some point
