The braised pork w/ egg is called thit kho in Vietnamese culture and we add coconut soda (can be found at viet/Asian grocery markets) or you can use coconut water :) it adds a bomb, caramelized sweet taste! You should try it next time

We normally use coconut water for thit kho, looks amazing though but it’s sweeter and more flavour with coconut 🥥
