Before we learn Buddhism, we enjoyed eating meats.
Felt meat is very tasty and delicious.
After learning Buddhism, we become vegetarian.
A major changes in our mindset.
After changing our diet often people would ask you why you choose to become a vegetarian?
When they ask, it is a good opportunity to share.
We tell them the advantages of being a vegetarian.
Vegetarian is more hygienic to our body.
We become more rational and our temperament are more virtuous after become a vegetarian.
Vegetarian help to regulate our mind to be calmer, more compassionate and our mind become more pure.
The basic foundations for a healthy body is a compassionate and pure mind.
A person with a pure mind and compassionate heart won't be affected by poison or bacterias.
Simultaneously with pure mind, we rid of the three poisons : greed, anger and ignorance.
    Compassion can dissolve poison.
There isn't a medicine that is better than a compassionate heart to cure poison.
A person with a compassionate heart will not be harmed by venomous snake and beast when we see them.
