2. Choke them with the string.
3.Knock them out with the weight saying ‘Balloons!’

How each piece could have killed the guard:
Puppet - Kind of Obvious
Freddy Mask - If It was an Animatronic mask, then the robotic devices would have killed him. If not, then I guess the Animatronic bonked him on the head a million times with it
Flashlight - The Animatronic hit him with it (very hard)
Box - crush him with it, the box in the games definitely isn't made out of cardboard, or plastic, so it's probably metal.
Balloons - Put one over the guards face, suffocating him
Plushie - SHOVED IT DOWN HIS T H R O A T
Or the plushie was a fredbear plush and if we're playing as Mike in fnaf 2 he t die from sadness

I am me uh I balloon strangle box suffocate plushy so I’m sorry I’m not hating I’m just proving you wrong about the box and plushy so the box needs to be completely sealed no cracks and chances are that’s a cardboard gift box basically if it has a way in you can’t suffocate in it and unless you have a scissor and a big enough piece of cloth you can’t strangle somebody with it so to make the plushy able to kill in the gang world it has to be either plushtrap or the nightmare foxy plush and since the puppet is it’s own piece so the box can not be used to kill as the puppet is not inside the box.

OK so what if someone (more likely a robot that can out strong you) and start punching you in the face with that box (like a rock)? I mean it will hurt but WHAT if he use it 100x on you, i mean 20 punch on my face would kill me.

Obviously the balloon strings strangle or hang someone.
The Freddy mask is like you said.
The flashlight bludgeons the head.
The music box also bludgeons, it is heavy enough because of the gears.
The puppet can kill on its own.
And the plush suffocates like a pillow.
And if the balloon is deflated, you can force someone to inhale it AND THEY SUFFOCATE >:)

i feel like the whole weapons thing could've been easily fixed by just changing them to methods of killing. bite, stuffing in a suit, strangulation, crushing, etc. the only problem with that is that they wouldn't have physical game pieces, but the game pieces don't really do anything at all anyways.

My guess is that the mistake with the puppet was made around 13:30 that explains why Kayla marked it off because she thought Andie had the card, and I think Andie might have gotten confused at 15:53 thinking that the puppet was what was wrong.
Here's the thing, the puppet was marked WAY before your guess for andie. If you go to 11:06, you can see puppet marked off.

I’m going to assume the plushie indicates good ol’ fashioned metal furry fists, box means suffocation, and balloons means that they were garotted with a string (as referenced in the comments a few times). Also, Balloon Boy isn’t incapable of killing, he just doesn’t usually. That’s still a sentient piece of mobile metal.
Honestly, I think it would be interesting if the game was centered around the bite!

1. There used to be a toxicity level for the mask, so if you wore it for too long you would die.
2. The night guard breaths very loud when they wear the mask, so maybe the animatronic shoved it against its face and kept it there until the night guard suffocated.
