Could we please have an indepth go through? If nick has the time... it would be much appreciated. I can't find any well made youtube videos showing bass pedal board parts/functions in a church setting.

Why is it that you Worship Guys almost always have the same Pedalboard? HX Stomp, EHX Microsynth, Noble DI and Cali Comp? I mean, its a great setup, but somehow everyone is playing the exact same thing.
Most people just want what the guys they look up to have. If all you do is play church music. 95% of what you play is song covers of these guys. It makes sense that if you are trying to sound like someone else, step 1 would be having exactly what they have. Another common thought is that if the best guys have this set up.. I’m too lazy to think of something unique so if it’s good enough for the best guys… should be good enough for me too eh? Also, this set up sounds pretty dope. 😂 I wish I wouldn’t have sold my big Cali and Noble.
Do you change cali76 setting from bass to bass or band to band? :)

From what I've heard, you go Preamp (Aguilar) > Comp (Cali) > everything else. That is of your not using an effects loop...because if you are then that changes things

Are you using amp and cab in HX Stomp? If so, what are you using?
He prob doesn’t do that. You could use only the Noble and would be set for life with great bas tone.

@@studiodsr far as I’ve heard, the Noble is the one. Like nothing in a pedal format has the same rich and ”real” sounding respons as this one. It has like real tubes in it which is pretty nuts xD
But again, you can get great bass tone from many different devices. But according to bass snobs, this is THE best one out there.
what power supply or are you powering the HX Stomp via the Noble

The micro synth and the dark glass both are going through the FX loop
For bass preamp, it sud be at the end of the channel?
@mikasubba Since many of them have a DI out, I would say yes, especially those with amp modelling - after all, putting your amp before effects wouldn't work, so why run effects after your amp modeller? Mind you, Tech21 NYC recommends using their SansAmp at the start of a pedalboard (even though some have amp modelling and even speaker emulation capabilities.

Yes
Yeah but it doesn’t really have an amp sound or any baked in EQ on the clean sound, just a tiny bit of tweaking and then you can blend in the drive.
Dry and wet? Or all one signal to FOH?
All one signal, but I do have the option to split if needed.
