I'd regularly see a guy in the gym years ago who was very honest about what he did. He was benching 405 like butter and the next week when he went off his cycle, he was grinding out 315, that's a big change in that short of a period of time. His quote to me is that when "he was on he felt superhuman" and "he would rather check out early (die) than go off it long term" "Life is boring without it and he wouldn't live without it". Wow.
He was a likeable guy, I've always wondered what happened to him and how he's doing these days.
Yeah I’m thinking he was on TRT and GH when “he went natural”. He was on an actual dose that would keep his levels in a normal range. That and dropping all the other compounds and he was losing muscle and didn’t like it. He was still ripped he was just looking flatter. Looked like he had lost a lot of water weight also. You could tell he had changed something he was taking. But no way did just drop everything cold turkey! He ain’t no Ronnie Coleman!

Can you discuss the wellness division in bodybuilding? Many of us are aspiring competitors but are struggling to put on that much muscle. Do we have bad genetics, are we not training hard enough or are these women on gear?
Women on gear. 5-10mg test a week, 20mcg clen, or 5mg anavar daily. Big diff between women and men is women can train 2-3 times a day and still recover. Men need a bunch of gear to compete with your natural recovery.

If the goal of lifting is to be strong, have a good physique, and have longevity, why would anyone go on steroids. It’s the thing that gives you what you want temporarily but takes away everything in the process. I tried TRT for 2 months due to necessary medical reasons at a very low dose( wasn’t even lifting at the time) and it literally nearly killed me due to side effects. 1 click. I still am trying to recover from that. I don’t know how anyone can withstand all these super powerful drugs. Lots of early deaths. I would not touch anything ever again. And I’m really excited to be training now even with my handicap and seeing what I can achieve health wise and with strength and mass naturally. People should work out to enhance their life and not make their enhancements their life.
