@TPRM1 I think it has a few competitors. Like how he said everyone has to work overtime to make sure people don't have plans, then pretend to call to corporate and cancel the overtime, to trick Jim and Pam into not having plans that night, that was very clever.

not exactly. He used the word "faggy" without intending it as a reference to homosexuality and Oscar complained to Toby. Toby then told Michael about the complaint and Oscar's orientation. After that, Michael forced Oscar to come out to the office. No one knew he was gay until then. Jokes, even bad ones, are not rumors.
The last one is my favourite. The confidence that Jim and Pam had in Michael screwing it up always gets me. Also the way Jim just walks off at the end without saying anything….
The double Cynthia gets me every time :)
Lmao the funniest thing about Michael failing to keep the secret about Jim liking Pam is that he made himself out to be the victim 😂 😂

Literally, the only reason nothing that happened was because Jim lied to Pam, and said that he had it when it first started
How could this montage leave out the moment where Michael tells Andy about Angela cheating on him with Dwight? Granted, the rest of the office agreed that Andy deserves to know, but the way Michael rolls down the car window, spills the beans, then peels out as fast as he could was pure gold.
That’s more an example of him actually needing to spill the beans on something, yet doing it in the sloppiest way possible.
Stanley breaking Michael's Car after Michael spewed the Affair Secret has to be the best Stanley Moment.

The "out of the loop" opening scene is such a perfect summation of this episode & Michael in general. However, that scene is not from the episode & it wasn't on the deleted features for the episode. Wonder how many deleted scenes they still haven't released in any form.
